Monkey Business

While at the Avant Garde Craft Show this weekend I had a person ask for a monkey onesie. In the midst of being creative and trying to find unique ideas for kids onesies I forgot the most practical…the monkey. So today, during the well loved nap time I set to work to sew and design a cute monkey onesie and it is now available in the shop.

This is how I found Liam this morning when I finished some calls and paperwork. Thank you to the very generous and lovely ladies at Saffron Kids for the lovely pillow you can view in an upright form here!

Since I rarely get to sew for myself I decided to take a few moments today to do that as well. Having this belly bump presents it’s obstacles but I’ve had this Burda pattern cut out for about as long as I’ve been pregnant so I figured I would give it a try, with some alterations of course! Look for a post in the next few days as I finish it up!
